MDI hires students and graduates from most engineering disciplines from colleges all over the nation. We have also recently started an apprenticeship program for high school graduates with options to transition into full-time salaried positions. Our internships are immersive and give students the ability to receive a tremendous amount of hands-on learning while working in the field alongside our engineers. An average of 80% of our interns receive offers for full-time employment or return internships.
